Yuck. I would not touch that stuff.

Why eat veggie meat when there is plenty or the real thing in the grocery store cooler? Gobs of eggs, natures multivitamin.

We eat a lot of hamburger, steak, ribs. prok loin and chops, loads of bacon and pork sausage, occasional chicken.

Our meals consist of probably about 90% meat now days with only limited vegetables. We will have a salad occasionally if we go out to eat and there are no meat choices for sides. BarBQue is our favorite because a lot of places will let us order meat by the pound.

When we started low carb/keto we ate a lot of green veggies and still do have some occasionally. But in the last year we have gravitated to mostly eating meat and eggs. We add a few veggies for taste once in a while. Wife likes onions a lot so we have them often. Had some green peppers on the meatza tonight. In the past we would have had lots of green peppers. Now we just have a little diced up to add some flavor.

I have nothing against vegetables. I get along fine with them but my wife feels her best when she sticks to meat. Less bloating, less gass, just generally feels better. She would cook vegetables for me if I wanted them but I just tell her to cook meat and I will eat the same as her. Occasionally I will have a few pickles or sauerkruat that she will not have. We do eat a lot of avocados as we both like them. Olives, onions and avocados are her main vegetables.

Like I say, nothing against vegetables. We have just gravitated towards a mostly meat diet. We seem to do well on it.
