NW Missouri | 3 or 4 years ago I went to an NRCS grazing school where they had all the different types of step in posts on display. I thought the best one out of all of them was a blue step-in poly post. One of the guys putting on the school told me you could get the very same design (and quality) from pasture management, except they were yellow and cost about 2/3 as much.

I've used them a couple years now, and they are good. The first batch I ordered directly from them. The second time I found some website to order them from. Don't remember the exact cost but I think it was around $2 plus shipping.
As far as poly wire, I like the 9 strand heavy duty Powerfields
