North Central Illinois | With the details you provided the actions of the employer seem pretty draconian and unfair. The trouble is you provided us with very little in the way of details or specifics. I'm guessing that was by design and you really don't know any specifics you are just repeating something you "heard". If they are at will employees with no contract they can pretty much be fired for anything. Should they be fired for something like this? Without knowing any of the details, my gut says no but it's really hard to say. If this is a business where these employees interact daily with high risk people I'm not sure it is unreasonable on their part to expect their employees to be vaccinated. | |
