Northern Illinois | Why? Don't you think an employer has the right to set conditions of employment? You did not say what the people do. Suppose just for example that they are receptionists and meet with the public. If the public knows they are not vaccinated and that is causing a business to lose foot traffic shouldn't the business have that right? Just as if a receptionist is dirty and unkept with an odor and thus people don't like to come in.
If they were fired I assume that they are at will employees and as such there doesn't need to be a reason for termination.
I think if I have hired hands I should be able to set minimum standards of employment. | |
