NW Iowa | Of course it can still rain. But scattered amounts do not indicate that the drought trend is broken. Traders trade. If they see a reason on a radar screen to take profits in a bullish situation, they will do so.
Fwiw, looking at the current Sioux Falls radar, it would appear that there's a wall at about the Big Sioux River.
