Looks delicious!!

in my younger days I didn’t care much for onion tops, but as get older I find myself eating them more often and enjoying the flavor of them. Maybe it’s the varietal difference of the onions that we grow today(actually my dad is the onion grower around here) vs what we used to grow years ago.
