| We planted our first NT organic soybean plots in 2009 and have planted some NT beans into rye, triticale or mixes most years ever since.
Thus far slugs have never been a problem.
The main reason may be that we always plant our NT beans mid May or later and most commonly the last week of May or first week of June... so the weather is consistently warm
We also use a diverse crop rotation with lots of ground beetles and other bio controls of slugs.
