Ohio | OK Loran educate me, 1 there is no way when the river gets to this stage these parcels your farming on the other side of the river(original post not your post) can't be accessed from any other property? 2 If this is the only way what does that do to the property value/cash rent of these parcels? To me and I geuss I'm the only one that feels this way there might be just a little more risk on this ground then your average Iowa dirt . Please shed some lite on this are those pockets along the river surrounded by woods and steep hills? | |
