I dont really see where things are being "abused" . Yes bearings are being submerged and belts/augers are gonna get wet but assuming a guy opends up all the elevators and runs the combine for a few minutes after the crossing ( to warm the bearings,clean out the augers/elevators etc) no harm should come for this amphibious adventure LOL.. Heck you want abuse take a look at some of the videos on U-tube of combines and carts being yanked sideways to get them unstuck. This water cross is a walk in the part compared to those conditions . I like how the cart in the pic is partly loaded, too keep it from floating away I assume??
