Why cook it? I hated it as a kid. Always wondered how Dad could stand the stuff. He would walk through the garden and break off a fist full on his way to do whatever. 20 yrs too late I realized it was raw when he grabbed it. Bingo! I will set down and eat a boat load right out of the garden. Dirt
