I was never a big fan of it, but my wife got me to try it again. We usually put some olive oil on it and sea salt and shake it too coat them good. Then put them in a pan with a few slices of butter over the top and cook on the grill. I liked it soft but the wife likes it still a little crunchy.
Too much asparagus ?
