Wallis, TX | This was taken at San Antonio Livestock Show & Rodeo. I know The people in the foreground, they are in their typical attire for rural south central Texas. Half of Those in background probability just put the hat on for rodeo.
You could probably tell the guy in the black hat you thought his hat was goofy and just get a ‘I don’t care what you think reply’. Now if you messed with him,,,, you’d be in a world of hurt.
