I placed an order and it took two days to get to me instead of the regular one but that isn't the problem.  I was at a different computer and tried to login to my account and couldn't remember the password so I tried enough times that they locked my account.  It says to email them to get it unlocked, which I did, and the reply said they can't unlock them that it is automatic for 12 hours.  As of today, it's still locked.

First bad experience though.
