| My grandparents lived on carp both buffalo and regular carp. When you ate there you were given a piece of bread in one hand and ate fish with the other. The bread was to wash down the fine bones.
Best fish I ever ate was carp speared in 200 yard vis crystal clear water at BIG MAC.
My grandpa made a smoker from a frig when they would get a lot, like floods, spawns, etc. they canned some also | |
