I really prefer catfish but I do enjoy having some fried buffalo ever so often. Had a friend bring us some and it was already dressed. You really need to know what you are doing to clean them especially if you want to eat the bony pieces. It quit raining and cleared up enough I was able to fry some up outside for supper.
