dont ever go over 110 degrees, at 112 the proteins start to denature in the kernel. That will cause you all sorts of problems.
not to mention it would be very expensive to run that much propane. i would let it cool at nights also, but dont ever turn the fan off unless inclement weather forces you too. You will have that corn dried down in no time
