Why would anyone plant spring wheat. Do they like paying high fertilizer? Do they like like getting deductions because of scab/low/high protein? There is a reason it’s called poverty grass. Corn and beans promise much more profit potential.


Well that depends on where you are located, the last year we raised corn it made sub 70, beans were 17, wheat was closer to 50.......it's a big world out there


In 2012 i had wheat that went 90 bushel and corn went 80 on old beet ground it got dry and the late crops didn't do well
