I don't think the market realizes how dry the northern plains is.  Even if it rained 2" it won't last long as the sunlight is getting longer and warmer days. Acres will be lower.  There isn't enough moisture to germinate any crop up here. The fringe acres this year might surprise everyone, especially if we produce a 0
