There is no longer any difference between new or used.
Makes no difference between repair or capital--------- tile has to be used in the "production" process, to take it out of the land improvement category...…….and put it into the 1245 category.
Therefore, putting tile into land that is used for nothing--------is not deductible if capitalized, or if it is merely a repair to existing line.
