Mine started a few years ago. Thought I was hearing cicadias nonstop. I am able to block it out most of the time unless I read or think about it like now. Minimalm effect on being able to hear other stuff, at least for now. Used to hear the same thing as a kid after shutting down the old 730 John Deere after a long day of fieldwork.
