I would get to docs real fast so you don't lose more hearing. I would also start wearing ear plugs or protectors today when on equipment regardless even if you have a cab on tractor. One of my sons has this, he has gotten fitting for a hearing aid, it helps to cancel out some of the ringing. He tells me coffee will flare his Tinnitus up as well.
