I put a tankless in around 10 yrs ago. I had 2 problems. First one was gas pressure. It took a lot more pressure to run the tankless and we had to change regulators. Second problem was sand. I’m the next to last customer on a city water system so I guess I get a lot of it. Plugged the water heater up.
