Did you verify with them that this is how it will be going forward? I know there are options on the import steps that streamline and speed up the import process (and probably combine stuff) but in doing so may get the result you're seeing because most users were complaining on how long it was taking for Gen4 data to import. I'm thinking the automatically merge check box and maybe even the auto processing one....just a guess. I have no idea. 

Op Center doesn't distinguish loads/regions anywhere does it?
