Sounds like you should have had a slightly different hybrid name for each load. That way they would have come in separated. Only thing you can do now is to make separate boundaries for each strip or load and then bring in the yield data that way. Then you could create your own or rename a hybrid then move them all into the field boundary you want and they would be separated that way for you to analyze.
