They used to keep the 20/20 DAT files in separate loads (before version 18 I think), but now they are merged.
And Yes Their tech support told me there was no way to read either in currently without allowing it to merge the loads. We tried several different options including the auto merge on and off.
I have tried reading in only one Gen 4 data file and the data brought in will just be the one load. But as soon as you read in the second load it will merge it to the previous load already in the tree.
From what I gathered from tech support, they have no plans to go back to individual loads with either platform. The tech suggested finding another software to take the data through first or to handle the analysis.
The only other way I see is to log each treatment, not only as a different load, but as a unique hybrid. The different hybrids would keep it from merging it together. But that is quite a little cumbersome in the monitor, and doesn't help me with data already collected. | |
