Agree. My joints aren't will express their displeasure with me by tomorrow. Seeing as we didn't go to the inlaws over the weekend, my wife decided to go on a baking spree. Pies, cookies, lefse, uff da. Not to mention the stuffing on turkey day.
Straightening the diet back up today. Have a couple of pounds of venison jerky smoking on the traeger now. BLT wrapped in lettuce planned for supper.
