When I first started this low carb thing (thanks to you John), I was eating A LOT of protein. Like most of a pound of bacon, or maybe 1/2 to 3/4 meat patties. Now that my body has adjusted I am satisfied with what would be considered a normal breakfast only without the toast or a normal size 1/4 pound burger without the bun for dinner.
