Subject: One of my favorite low carb lunches

Pittsburg, Kansas

Scrambled eggs (4) with onions, salsa, and shredded cheese. Copious amounts of bacon (4 strips). Sausage (3).

Have this once or twice a week for lunch. Had it today, yum.
