North Central Illinois | I wish it was that easy! Perhaps I just have a LOT IN the seed bank. It's not as high in the seed bank as velvet leaf on my farm, but it is definitely there in significant amount in several fields. Hay/pasture without new seed production for a decade still leaves plenty of seed.
I'm wondering if you perhaps altered the soil biology making conditions less favorable for it to grow in addition to reducing the raw numbers. | |
