If I eat beef brisket or too many beef ribs I get gallbladder pain. If I avoid those foods I haven't had pain in a couple years. However when I did have it. If I could sit in a chair that I could arch my back backwards with my hands over my head and hold that stretch for about five minutes. I could literally feel when the stone finally came through the duct. A funny feeling when that bile gets released but almost instant relief.
My grandmother had gallstones and had attacks only monthly basis she taught me that trick.
