Mather, Manitoba | Yes you're correct. People drive up behind a smv with hazards on. Lights are all flashing. Operator turns left blinker on. Well the vehicle operator still sees lights are still flashing, not knowing its means "turning now" and hits the implement that's into the left turn.
Really need to have lights like this on the back that only turn on with signal switch.
