Just watched this video while exercising. She had lots of issues many solved with diet but she also has what I think are some very good observations. Not a doctor, not a researcher, not a guru, just an ordinary person sharing her journey and having the fortitude to admit her changes of mind through the process. I think she is taking a very reasonable approach to solving her problems and points out that people are different and may need to adjust whatever they are doing to their situation. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FxE_iVeDT-k I know my wife and I have adjusted with slight changes over the last year and a half and probably continue to do so as we learn more and as we adjust to make things hopefully even better. What we have already done has improved our health by multiples, so we definitely have no desire to go back to where we were. John |
