Living is a process and not all steps are forward. We all regress at times.

I did the Adkins diet (kind of) back years ago for a while. A month maybe. But a family and normal life pressures caused me to falter. I'm in a life situation now where I can much better follow healthy eating habits and also have a lot more incentive to do so. Also the health improvement feedback came so quickly it gave me encouragement and confidence to continue.
