Doesn't that seem like the way we might have evolved though? I don't think our distant ancestors had three square meals a day and snacks in between. Also I think kritzy had specific goals of losing some excess weight. Something different than a healthy person might need for maintenance. I'm not defending his diet specifically, just saying that our modern way of eating was not likely to be the way our bodies evolved from prior generations to what we are. Our modern diet is barely a generation of age. It could be said that our modern diet is the fad diet. I'm 66 and the way people eat today is significantly different than when I was a child. I think for the worse. John |
