Our '06 9900i with ISX does the same thing. Mechanic told me the other day it was probably a leak somewhere in a dryer line. Funny thing is the air 1 gauge is still on 120 after sitting overnight and the other is on about 60, so it doesn't look like it can be leaking much. Unloader goes off 4 or 5 times per minute.
