Need more info on what exact air dryer system you’re using, but In general-

Check your signal line to the air compressor with this set up shop air Q/C>ball valve> T with air pressure gage> signal line to air compressor. Check air compressor cycles correctly based on shop air to signal line ( release pressure by disconnecting shop air and cracking valve.) also check if you loose pressure in the supply line. That will help determine if the compressor is at fault.

Based on what you’re describing, I’m wondering if it’s either your wet tank, or the inlet check calve in the wet tank. If your inlet check valve isn’t working, then it will do exactly what you’re describing.

If your still gettin moisture, change the desiccant catridge
