| I don't think they look overfed at all, they look about right to me.
We didn't get this last one for home use finished enough. Tastes good, just a little less marbling than what I would maybe have preferred.
I don't know what the specs are they are using to judge the carcass by though. Suppose a few degrees one way or the other makes all the difference.
