Yes they are still fine for a commercial finish but the competition sets a very narrow "optimum" fat depth. For this carcase weight the specs are 11/12mm rump fat and 9/10 rib fat, and less points outside of that range. I guess they do need to separate the entries somehow but heavyweight export carcases will usually have more fat than that, so I'm happy with how mine look.
