We just did it last weekend on our Tragaer, Left the husks on but cut about an 1.5 inches off the top. I believe we did them at 225. Took an hour or hour and a half but you could definitely taste the smoke flavor on them. My preference is still boiled but smoking them wasnt too bad.
Anybody tried smoking sweet corn?
