I'm in the same boat here. Trying to decide what to do. Does anyone have experience with using an inverter to flip the windrows so the bottom dries??
We had NH 144 and 166 inverters, and didn't like them. We bought a single wheel Kuhn rotary rake on a whim, and parked it to resell because it wasn't wide enough for raking. We needed to flip some windows that got rained on, so we tried it on them and flat loved it.
If you need to shave a lot of time off drying, flipping a window with a rotary rake fluffs it up real high so the wind gets to it, and completely inverts it so the bottom dries evenly with the top. We bought a cheap little tractor with a canopy to leave hooked to it. Works like a dream in our neck of the woods.
