NE Iowa | Did you change the row spacing on your machine? I assume your not coming back to plant right into a wheel track like you would be running a coulter machine when doing actual sidedress. I've had this thought cross my mind before as well, would just like to band some N or put down some starter fert since we don't have liquid on the planter. Instead of reconfiguring our applicator spacing I wondered if you couldn't just stream it on top of the ground then plant next to our. Just make something simple with a hose to offset the 15" to match the planter. | |
