| On my first LG appliance, under warranty they agreed to have a tech come out and diagnose the problem and order parts. I believe it was less than a year old. He came back and installed the new parts when the parts order arrived at his location. Not even the new parts lasted much past the warranty.
None of the Samsung appliances lasted either. It didn’t matter how many thousands were spent. This is frustrating to make expensive purchases thinking that appliances will last. After blowing money on all this high tech garbage, I decided to repair older appliances that I had in storage. It’s sad yet funny how 20 year old purchases work better than essentially new ones.
