Lots of tile put in the Dakota's in the last 10 years. Has Kansas peaked? I was always told the ogalalla aquifer is a finite, non recharging resource. At some point, do the economics of pumping water go away?
Curious: What do you consider “Fringe” and “Corn Belt”
