Didnt read all the comments but agree with some others aph around and above 180-200.
From around I70 north in IL and IN, over and into most of IA, southern 1/3ish of MN, eastern 1/3-1/2 of NE, eastern 1/3 of SD clipping the SE corner of ND. Just touch of northern MO, southern WI and western Ohio.

Edit to add: now I see the map, it's a little bigger than I expected.
I would have considered myself fringeish, right on the line, but on that map we are a major area.
