I'd say there are 2 major considerations. Ground that got broke since 2005 is clearly fringe. If you are part of a term that's 50 years old, you can't be new to the game in the last 20 years. I'm talking on a larger scale, not the guy in Iowa with grass because he liked cows that got rid of the cows because he's older so now he row crops that 10 acre pasture. The other is profitability. If you don't have good markets or can't consistently make money in this economic climate, you're probably fringe. | |
