I’d agree, infrastructure and markets were likely a big deterrent for those areas. One could say if we get out of the “wet” cycle we’ve had for a few decades, that could change what’s grown. But, I’d assume, would take a while to start filtering out.
Curious: What do you consider “Fringe” and “Corn Belt”
