Did you even read my post. The saw I was talking about is over 30 years old and had been run almost exclusively on 10% ethanol blend it's entire life. Small engine mechanic blamed carb problem on ethanol. If you really thing ethanol is the problem, then why did it work fine on ethanol for 0ver 30 years. Patrick
