A long shot here, dealer threw a new reversing valve in my 325 because the forward reverse function quit working once.  When it happened again, I started looking close.  Took valve completely apart. There was a piece of o-ring stuck in the valve  port.  Went and looked at original valve.  Same thing.  Never figured out where the rubber bits were coming from.  This is just one of the reasons I left NH.
