are cattle beef ? are you adding in cattle to your import export numbers ? I always have a hard time believing that we only import lean beef trim when we import a lot of cattle and high end grass fed. When you start to talk dollars on import versus domestic I wonder if you buy import beef in pesos what is the value of that meat when it hits the USA market in green backs ?
