As I understand it, it is HALF of total 2019 production....(50,000x50%=25,000) OR TOTAL 2019 inventory on hand not sold on 1/15/2020......40,0000. 25,000 is the smaller of the two so you then take the 25,000 x 50% (12,500) x your payment (.67) and that’s your amount.
What is so special about Jan 15?
